Making use of various sources information, including the recently published 1:10,000-scale BGS maps, LiDAR data and drone photography, supplemented with on-the-ground geological and geomorphological mapping, Ruddlesden geotechnical were able to produce a ground model and assess the geotechnical risks for different parts of the property, which allowed the client to make a more informed decision on their purchase.
